Honey consists of around 180 accompanying substances, which is why it is so important for our body.
It consists, among other things, of various types of sugar, acids, minerals and vitamins such as B1, B2, Vit. C etc.
Honey therefore has an anti-inflammatory effect as it contains pinocembrin (a heat-stable antibiotic) and coffee acid. That's why hot milk with honey is very effective for sore throats. But the milk or tea should not be too hot. From 40 degrees the honey loses its healing properties.

Honey masks are perfect for stressed and sensitive skin, as the minerals and vitamins regenerate the skin.
recipe one
Heat 2 tablespoons of honey
Mix with 2 tablespoons of low-fat quark
Apply to face, neck and décolleté and leave it for 20 minutes
then rinse with warm water
recipe two
for more moisture
2 tablespoons of honey
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of almond oil
1 tablespoon of milk
Leave on for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water
Honey mask for hair
75g wheat germ oil
50g honey
2 tbsp fruit vinegar
Massage into hair and scalp and leave for 30 minutes, rinse thoroughly and wash hair as usual.
