Hey there! It's been a while since I shared a blog post here. But after a lot of inspiration and a 3 week vacation trip to Spain with my family I decided to bring back the good old blog. On here I will share some mental health and wellness tips, some inspiring content for your eyes and soul and interviews and series with beautiful people. I think this is the most easiest way to share some thoughts and feelings about daily life situations, struggles and motivating routines which are easy to apply at home by yourself to become the best version of yourself.

This is not a coaching-advice-blog, just a raw and honest view on daily things by everyone who would like to share their habits and thoughts. So if this speaks to you please just send me a message and let me know what is it that affects you so deeply where you feel the urge to share? It can be simple routines, hair care, wellness tips, mental health issues and how to overcome them, beauty routines, recipes and what's in your fridge, local food, your favorite playlists, movies, books or workouts, go-to tips you can't live without, a simple day in your life - whatever it is, it might inspire someone out there for sure.
